		<description>Nice manual but writing a book was not my intention.  I know a little about keeping finches in temperate Australia and am learning about doing it here in the Philippines.  The original brochure from the Northern Territory Avicultural Society is one of many written in consultation with expert keepers and is meant to provide only a brief out-line for new keepers - and probably lures them into becoming members.  I didn't want to do much more than that as I fear that a lot of inexperienced people pay good money at BioResearch or Cartimar and watch their birds decline</description>
